Using the Website www.dataacteur.com, the user accepts the following terms and conditions of use (named hereinafter “the terms”).

In connection with the use of the website, Data Acteur will process certain personal data linked to the users. Such processing are carried out in compliance with the General Regulation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 2016/679, hereinafter GDPR), Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms (known as « Loi Informatique et Libertés ») and the Privacy Policy of Data Acteur (available here).

The user acknowledges that the entire Website as well as all of its content, including, but not limited to, the architecture of the Website, as well as all texts, articles, information, pictures, videos, images, illustrations, (including or not personal data), software, trademarks, logos contained in the Website (hereinafter the « Content ») are protected by intellectual property law and are the full and complete property of Data Acteur or its partners.

It is specified that the license thus granted to the user is a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license worldwide.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the TOU to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7 ⇒ Governing law and jurisdiction
The Website and these Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute which could arise as for the interpretation, the execution, or the validity of the clauses of the TOU between the users and Data Acteur, will have to be regulated amicably between the Parts. In the absence of an amicable settlement between the parties within three months, the dispute will be brought before the competent court of Grasse.
